After more than a year of planning, the inaugural event will take place December 13, at 7:00 p.m. at San Juan Plaza where Elf will be shown.
The community is invited to attend and bring their lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the movie in the fresh air. Refreshments and snacks will also be sold.
Outdoor Movie Night is scheduled to be held at least once a month, excluding January because of cold weather. During the summer months, Parks and Recreation plans to host the event twice a month at the City’s Swimming Complex.
